Love ♥ Must have "Cinna is my homeboy" shirt.
ReplyDeleteThat shirt is definitely inspired by Lenny and the movie, hah. The design is so cool!
DeleteOhhhh I love these! I'm seriously trying to stop myself from going crazy and buying some of them. My favorite are 'Arrow Pocketwatch necklace' and the 'Mockingjay pin'. Thanks for sharing, Wendy!
ReplyDeleteI love those too, Sashana...although I actually already have a handmade mockingjay pin! Here is the link to the photo and post on my old craft blog. :)
DeleteAwesome merchandise!
ReplyDeleteBut, I will actually be celebrating my younger brothers birth into this world on March 23...sort of cool that HG is coming out out on that day (or so I tell him).
Aw, congratulations Shelby! That's an awesome gift for your family. Someday you can tell him all about it and tease him about narrowly escaping reapings. :D
DeleteSome of these are so fun! I am going to the cinema on Thursday afternoon, looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteI pre-purchased my tickets, too! For early afternoon Friday, though, we didn't feel like braving the midnight crowds, hah.
DeleteYay! It'll be fun to compare notes next weekend. :)
DeleteWow, Wendy! These are wicked awesome! :) i especially love the rings and the arrow pocketwatch necklace - soooo pretty! :) Thanks so much spotlighting these pretties, I must get me some of these!
ReplyDeleteSo excited for the Hunger Games movie!
I always end up picking out so much jewelry for these posts, hah! I guess there are just a lot of Etsy sellers who are also readers. :)
DeleteI love this! So much fan-related stuff. I'm reading the first in the series this weekend! :D
ReplyDelete— Asher
Ohh, I hope you enjoy it, Asher! What perfect timing. :) I am going to try to reread the first one before next week, too.
DeleteThe arrow pocket watch looks really cool, Wendy. Can't for The Hunger Games movie!!
ReplyDeleteSame here! It's going to be interesting to compare the book and the film.
DeleteI see several items I really like especially the "real or not real" bracelet-I have appropriated that for other areas of my life. I do already own a Mockingjay keychain which I like to wave around and see if anyone recognizes it because that means I've found a fellow fan!
ReplyDeleteI love my mockingjay pin for that exact same reason. :) So easy to find those kindred spirits that way!
DeleteHAAA!! Cinna Said I Should Wear This Shirt!! EPIC!!! This is so awesome I love these posts!!
ReplyDeleteHeh, I thought that was hilarious, too! Thanks Giselle.
DeleteThose are pretty great! I'm sure these items are selling like crazy. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm sure the sellers are keeping pretty busy. I hope they stocked up, hah.
DeleteOMG! this marchandise is soooo freaing awesome! I love thos "I love the boy with breath" teachers! yay for team Peeta!!!! thnx so much for sharing these pics my dear! never seen those bfore =D
ReplyDeleteTeam Peeta all the way. :) Yay!
DeleteOooh I like the "real or not real" bracelet and the "stay with me" ring. It's funny, I've forgotten so much of the books now. But maybe that's a good thing so when I go see the movies I won't be so aware of the butchering! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, that's a good point, Rachel! Hmm, maybe I need yo rethink this plan to reread the first book before next week, hah. The jewelry pieces are my favorite, too. :)
DeleteAHHHHHHH SO EXCITED!!!!!! I cannot wait for this movie, I have such high hopes for it. And yes, I most definitely do love the Boy With Bread:) PEETA!!!!
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed for the movie!! Yay, Team Peeta all the way. :) Thanks for stopping by, Jenny!
DeleteAwesome stuff, these. I personally want the Arrow Pocketwatch necklace.
ReplyDeleteI personally just want them ALL. :D
DeleteOh, Wendy, I love <33 Everything is just so cute!!
ReplyDeleteIII know! I basically just posted my shopping list, hah. ;) I wouldn't turn any of it down.

ReplyDeleteOhh, I love that pocket watch necklace and I wouldn't say no to a Team Gale shirt, either ;). (don't hit me, Peeta fans)
ReplyDeleteTHG is actually the first "book movie" I am looking forward to since The Lord of The Rings ... I hope I'll get the chance to watch it in the American cinema here in the city, I probably couldn't get over Katniss not speaking English ;).
It's definitely been awhile since we've seen a good book to movie adaptation, I think--the last one I really loved was How to Train Your Dragon, and that was different because I'd never read the book at all. I hope this one doesn't disappoint!
DeleteI know plenty of Gale fans, Janina, so you're definitely not alone. :)
This is the first "book movie" I've been excited for in a while too :)
ReplyDeleteI kind of love that 'Cinna Is My Homeboy T-Shirt'..
I feel like that graphic would make awesome posters to spread out around the city, you know? A more subtle, but certainly affective, advertising campaign.
DeleteFingers crossed that this movie is everything we hope it will be. It'll be fun in any case. *she says hopefully*
Aw, man, now I'm reconsidering my pirate-themed bday party in favor of a THG party. :P Love this post...so many great items...my credit card will NOT be thanking you. :)
ReplyDeleteMe and some girls from the office -- the ones I forced THG on after I finished it -- are going to an early afternoon show on release day. Can't wait!!! I think I'm going to listen to the audio next week in prep.
Hah hah, kids trying to outwit and kill each other vs. pirates...hmm. Both bloodthirsty!
DeleteIt's so fun you guys are going as a group! I'm going with my husband who has not read the books, so it's going to be interesting to see what the noob thinks of it. I hope he's prepared for the inevitable "I can't believe they did THIS" remarks, hah.
Oooooooooooo how cool are those rings?!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say no if someone proposed to me with those. :D Although...I guess technically I already have a wedding ring.
DeleteI'm just going to conveniently leave this page open for when my boyfriend comes home...
ReplyDeleteHAH. That is an awesome plan. Why don't I ever think of that??
DeleteI need to trick someone into buying me all these. ;) I love the jewellery the best! Especially the arrow pocketwatch necklace. It looks beautiful. Those pencils are pretty cool too! Thanks for sharing these pictures Wendy. :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't the jewelry lovely? I want you to know I spent hours looking at Hunger Games goodies. ALL IN THE NAME OF RESEARCH, OF COURSE.
DeleteOooo!!! It's a good thing that I AM the HG Lover in my life!
ReplyDeleteHah hah, I'm afraid I'm the HG lover in my life, too. Excepting you wonderful friends from afar, of course. ;) I need to find more cool IRL friends who understand about intense book love...
DeleteI was all obsessing over the messenger bag until I saw you mention recipes! *drool* I am so ruled by my stomach :P I can't wait to see what crafts you've come up with, too. I love your craft photos :)
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks SR! The crafts I posted are pretty cool, though they're not mine this time. :) I wish I had more time to do stuff! But these days all I do is rrrreeead. Which I'm perfectly fine with, hah.
DeleteI thought the messenger bag was really cool, too. I love how they took a photo of it in the woods. I'm quite sure there's a loaf of nut-studded bread in there, along with medical supplies.
So Cool! I just want to buy it all!
ReplyDeleteI could easily do so much damage if I actually bought half the things I drool over, Savvy. *sigh* It's fun to browse, though. :)
DeleteOh sweet goodness, THAT PIN? I want to get one so badly but it costs more than buying the actual Hunger Games hardcover at my local bookstore LOL! x) But I'm going to order one anyways because I'm a hardcore Hunger Games fan, and I refuse to go watch the movie without wearing one!
ReplyDeleteAnd those Cinna shirts? PERFECT! <3
If I win the lottery tomorrow, I'm going to order some of that stuff right after I raid the bookstore! ;)
LOVE THIS POST! :) I am so, so excited for THG movie and it's coming up so soon! For the longest time it's felt like a movie that's way off in the distance but now it's almost here! Ahhh, can't wait!!
ReplyDeleteI love these! My favourite is probably the "Cinna said I should wear this shirt" (LOL) but I love the classic Mockingjay pin as well. I seriously need to get my hands on one of those sometime soon :)
Thanks for sharing!
Sonia
I still haven't read those books *feel a bit ashamed right now, since almost the whole world seems to read them) but I love the Rue's Song bracelet! I would definitely wear something like that.
ReplyDeleteLovely items! It makes me wanna make some Hunger Games craft myself! >.<
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! Wendy, I love every gift in your post. Ahhh so many to choose from, however, I love the t-shirt with the saying "I love the boy with the bread" (I really want that t-shirt) and of course, the Mockingjay pin. Thanks for this FANTASTIC post, Wendy.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh!! These look so cool!
